We process your personal data as a controller, i.e. we determine how the personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long, we also cooperate in this with any other processors.

We declare that, as the controller of your personal data, we comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, namely that:     

 

      – we will only process your personal data on the basis of a valid legal ground, in particular a legitimate interest, the performance of a contract, a legal obligation or the consent given,    

 

      – we comply with the information obligation under Article 13 of the GDPR before we start processing personal data,    

    

      – we will enable and support you in exercising and fulfilling your rights under the Data Protection Act and the GDPR. 

 

Scope of personal data and purposes of processing 

 

We process the personal data you entrust to us for the following reasons (for the fulfilment of these purposes):   

   

      – the provision (sale) of products and services in connection with the performance of a concluded contract, 

      

      – We absolutely need your personal data in the following scope: e-mail, name, surname, home address, telephone number, in the case of purchase as an entrepreneur or company also registered office, VAT number, VAT number, VAT number for the purpose of contract performance (e.g. issuing advance invoices, invoices, sending access to the website, application, sending links to online events, sending purchased products, information about products and services, etc.),    

 

      – bookkeeping and related administration, 

 

      – marketing purposes, 

 

      – I use your personal data (e-mail, or first and last name), gender, the content of your click-through from the sent e-mails, for the purpose of direct marketing – sending possible business offers. If you are our buyer, we do so out of legitimate interest, because we reasonably assume that you are interested in our news for a period of seven years from the last order, 

 

      – if you are not our customer, we only send you newsletters on the basis of your consent, for a period of 5 years from the date of consent. You express your consent by confirming your consent accordingly. This confirmation is a clear expression of your consent to the processing of your personal data within the scope of your e-mail, or name and surname. 

 

On both of the above cases, you can withdraw your consent by using the unsubscribe link in any email sent to you.    

 

Advanced marketing can only be carried out on the basis of your consent. Only with your consent can we use your email address for e.g. remarketing and targeting of social media advertising, for a period of 5 years after you have given your consent. Of course, you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email via our contact details or by sending an email to our email address: love@rony.love. 

 

We may only use the written references we receive regarding our products and services on our website and social media with your consent, and only until you withdraw your consent. We view the use of cookies to measure site traffic and to personalise the display of the website as a legitimate interest of our administrator, as we believe this enables us to offer you even better products and services. Cookies for advertising targeting will only be processed on the basis of your consent. Our website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can also disable the use of cookies on your computer (or other device).

We protect your personal data to the maximum extent possible by using modern technologies that correspond to the state of the art. We have adopted and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures to prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data records, namely:

  • secure access to the members‘ area of the website (secured by username and password),

Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in hard copy form in a non-automated manner. 

 

Information on the processing of personal data during the event organised by our company 

 

We would like to inform you that photographs and audio-visual recordings may be taken at events organised by us for the purpose of using them for the internal and external needs of our company, to inform about the event, including the presentation of our company’s services, including by publishing these photographs and audio-visual recordings through internal communication channels, as well as on our company’s website and official social media pages used by our company, and in connection with the online transmission of video and audio (in the case of online transmissions of events) through the relevant platforms intended for online and offline recording and subsequent recording, respectively, of the event. storage of video and audio. Photographs and audiovisual recordings will be aimed exclusively at recording the atmosphere and the course of the event, not at capturing the likeness of the individual natural persons participating in the event.    

 

In this regard, we would like to inform you that by entering the premises where the event will take place, you grant our company your consent to process your photographs and audiovisual recordings taken at the event, to provide them to the persons participating in the organisation of the event, as well as to publish these photographs and audiovisual recordings through our internal communication channels, on our company’s website and on the official social media sites used by our company. The photographs and audiovisual recordings may be shared with other closely cooperating partners of our company. If you do not wish to be captured in photographs and audiovisual recordings of events, please notify us in advance, by sending an email, to: love@rony.love or by notifying the photographer/ videographer/ organizer directly on the day of the event.    

 

You are entitled to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time during the event by notifying the organisers present at the event in person or by sending an email to: love@rony.love. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. 

 

Disclosure of personal data to third parties 

 

We use external processors to provide specific processing operations that we are unable to provide in-house. These external processors of personal data are or may be in particular:    

    

      – Aiming Media s.r.o., Slovakia,  

 

      – FAPI Business s.r.o., Czech Republic,  

 

      – SmartSelling a.s., Czech Republic, 

 

      – Meta Platforms, Inc., USA and its subsidiaries in the respective countries,  

 

      – Google LLC, USA and its affiliates in the relevant states. 

 

We may disclose the personal data that we process, both as a controller and as a processor, exclusively to business partners and processors who perform administrative, marketing and technical support for the operation of the administration necessary for the proper functioning of our website, official social media pages, support applications or are involved in the operation of our business activities, such as a company that provides accounting and tax services, etc.    

 

Other entities are only allowed access for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations.    

 

Please be assured that our associates who process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality of personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise the security of your personal data.    

 

This confidentiality shall continue even after the termination of the contractual relationship with our company. Your personal data will not be released to any other (otherwise uninterested) third party without your consent.    

 

We hereby reserve the right to use the services of other business partners than those specified above, subject to all rights and obligations in connection with the proper observance of the Data Protection Act and the GDPR. 

 

Your rights in relation to the protection of personal data 

 

You have rights in relation to the protection of personal data, which are specified in the relevant legislation. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us by email at: love@rony.love.    

 

In terms of the right of access to information, you can contact us at any time, via email, at the following email address: love@rony.love, to ask us about which of your personal data we process and how we process it. We will inform you of the facts within 15 days of your request.    

 

If your personal data has changed or you consider it to be incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to have your personal data completed and amended.    

 

You may exercise your right to restrict the processing of your personal data if you believe that we are processing your personal data inaccurately, or if you believe that we are processing it unlawfully, or if you have objected to its processing.    

 

You can also restrict the scope of the personal data or the purpose of processing (e.g. by unsubscribing from the newsletter you restrict the purpose of processing for sending commercial offers, etc.). 

 

The right to erasure is another legal right. If you request this by contacting us at love@rony.love, we will delete all your personal data from our system and also ensure that it is deleted from the systems of all our business partners and other processors with whom we work. The provision of the right to erasure will take place within ten days of the request. However, in some cases we are bound by a legal obligation, e.g. to record issued tax documents (invoices), within the statutory time limit. In this case, only such personal data will be deleted, the storage of which is not bound by another law. We will inform you about the implementation of the deletion of your personal data by sending you a final information e-mail. 

 

Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic 

 

If you suspect that the processing of your personal data is not carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation and in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic at any time with your complaint. 

 

Silence 

 

We would like to assure you that all parties concerned who process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality of the personal data obtained and of the security measures whose disclosure would compromise the security of your personal data. This confidentiality shall continue even after the termination of the contractual relationship with our company. Without your consent, your personal data will not be released to any other (uninterested) third party, except for the partners of rony.love, s.r.o. with whom our company cooperates directly. 

 

The personal data processing policy is valid in this version as of 08.07.2023 and is in accordance with the relevant legislation in force in the country of the seller’s registered office as well as the relevant legislation in force in the territory of the European Union.
